KSO-366- 6.10 kV

Article 003
Manufacturer: Electrolaboratory ELPEK

Prefabricated one-way service chambers of the KSO-366 series are designed for receiving and distributing three-phase alternating current electricity, frequency 50 Hz, voltage 6 and 10 kV in networks with an isolated neutral or grounded through an arc suppression reactor. KSO cameras are manufactured according to the technical specifications and customer questionnaire.

Advantages

  • Small overall dimensions
  • The safe operation of the CSO is ensured by a system of mechanical and electromagnetic interlocks in accordance with the requirements of GOST and PUE
  • Separate isolated low voltage compartment
  • Possibility of using a vacuum circuit breaker
  • A wide range of schemes allows you to choose the most suitable technical solution
  • Observation windows and LED lighting,
  • does not require replacement during the entire service life, provides the ability to visually monitor the internal space

  • Use of modern switching devices, disconnectors, load switches with improved performance parameters
  • Equipped with high voltage indicators allowing you to safely monitor cable connections

Design
  • The KSO frame is a metal structure made of 2 mm thick steel. Welded metal structure parts are manufactured using high-precision equipment using cold stamping. External structural elements — doors, side panels, etc. are powder coated.
  • Inside the chambers there is equipment for the main circuits, on the facade there is a drive for the load switch, disconnector, grounding disconnector, depending on the number of the main circuit diagram. Access to the chamber is provided by a door with a viewing window for viewing the inside of the chamber. For laying connecting wire harnesses for auxiliary circuits, the cell design provides a special box located in the upper part of the KSO chambers. It contains a number of clamps for organizing inter-chamber communication as well as auxiliary secondary equipment.
  • Metering and measuring devices can be located on the front and inside of the chamber door.
  • Structurally, prefabricated (main) tires are tires made of aluminum alloy of rectangular cross-section, located in the upper part of the KSO.
  • KSO cabinets have an internal grounding loop to which all housings of devices and devices that are subject to grounding are connected. The door is connected to the ground loop by a wire. There is a grounding bolt at the bottom of each cabinet for connection to an external ground loop. The grounding bolt is marked with a special marking.
  • When the KSO is located in two rows in the switchgear room, a bus bridge or cable insert is installed between the rows of the KSO.
  • The bus bridge is a metal structure with insulators and current-carrying busbars installed on it. It may also contain disconnectors.
  • The cable insert consists of a set of cable sections of a certain cross-section (depending on the rated load current), at both ends of which connecting lugs are installed.
  • KSO cameras have a device for installing an internal lighting lamp, which makes it possible to safely replace a burnt-out lamp without removing the voltage from the main circuits.
