Complete transformer substations are single-transformer and two-transformer substations for outdoor installation, used to receive three-phase alternating current electrical energy with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 6, 10, 20, 35 kV and convert it into electrical energy with a voltage of 0.4 kV, as well as for the distribution and metering of electricity.
KTP in the module of electrical units with voltage up to 35 kV is one or more electrical units of modules installed on foundations with electrical connections fully installed within the unit(s).
The electrical module module serves as a protective shell for the components installed inside it, within which the conditions corresponding to the operating conditions of the package transformer substation are maintained.
Advantages
Modular principle
The length, width and height of the blocks and their number can vary depending on the set of electrical equipment determined by the electrical connection diagram and the power of the package transformer substation
Ease of transportation
Transport dimensions and weight of the modules allow them to be transported by road and rail.
Seismic resistance
The shell and equipment meet the requirements for seismic impact with an intensity of 9 points
High reliability and trouble-free operation The substations meet the requirements
for moisture resistance, seismic resistance, frost resistance and fire safety of equipment
Vandal resistance
Increased strength — rigid frame, anti-vandal doors and gates, sandwich panel with a metal thickness of 0.5 mm

Design
KTP in the module of electrical units is one or more electrical units of modules installed on foundations with electrical connections fully installed within the unit(s)
The module of the electrical unit(s) serves as a protective shell for the components installed inside it, within which conditions are maintained that correspond to the operating conditions of the package transformer substation
The module of the electrical unit(s) is manufactured in several types — insulated, in a housing made of sandwich panels, or non-insulated in a metal shell
KTP in a metal shell is made of sheet metal 2 mm thick, the base is reinforced with a steel profile
The PTS in an insulated shell is made of a welded base and frame. The frame is covered with sandwich panels 50-150 mm thick, and the roof and floor are also insulated
KTP is made with cable or air inputs in various combinations. With air input, a device for connecting the high-voltage line — an input tower — is installed on the roof of the module. The tower is connected to the power line via a disconnector, which is installed on the nearest support
The module provides the necessary rigidity for transportation with complete equipment, including power transformers, and serves as a protective shell for the components installed inside it
The frame of the block base rests on the foundation and is attached to it by welding to a grillage or to an anchor with bolts

In the case of using power oil transformers, there is a hole in the transformer compartment for draining the oil — an oil receiver. A layer of washed, sifted gravel or non-porous crushed stone with particles from 30 to 70 mm should be poured into the oil receiver. Backfill is not included in delivery
•
If the volume of oil in the transformer is small (up to 250 kg) or at the customer’s request (up to 20% of the oil volume in the transformer), the oil sump can be built into the transformer substation — a threshold, ramp or container at the base of the transformer substation. In other cases, an oil collecting tank is installed under the transformer substation.
